The Bureau's products and services are distributed over a range of channels from digital (e.g., website, API, RSS, FTP), to traditional media and physical (e.g., call centre, face-to-face).

The Bureau's Distribution Channel Plan sets out our approach to improve our distribution channels to deliver greater impact and value for our customers. The Plan augments work already underway at the Bureau to uplift customer engagement skills, systems and processes and to enable greater access to the Bureau’s data, information, knowledge and insights.

Working in the Business Management Program, the Customer Channels Lead will design and execute an implementation plan, to deliver on the Bureau’s Distribution Channel Plan. In applying your technical project management skills, you will oversee the analysis, planning and engagement with relevant teams to execute channel shifts that embrace digital technology and automation and realise a sustainable future state.

Leveraging your channels and digital platform experience, you will work closely with channel delivery owners, product managers and customer sector leads, coordinating channel planning in alignment with the Bureau's Digital Roadmap, and Communication Plan.

Any given day could find you developing an investment case to support channel management, facilitating channel roadmap workshops, or engaging with stakeholders on channel use and metrics.

Your experience managing technical projects, proven leadership and relationship management skills will help the Bureau to realise its channels ambition and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
